How You Get Paid

Transparent fee structures, negotiated per property.

Management Fee

8–12% of gross rental

Your primary revenue stream. Percentage varies by property type, location, and service level agreed at onboarding.

Maintenance Coordination Fee

Cost + 10% coordination margin

For maintenance work you coordinate on behalf of the property. You pass through costs plus a coordination margin.

Reporting Fee

Included in management fee

Dashboard access, distribution reporting, and owner communications are included in your management fee — no separate license cost.

Final fee structures are negotiated per property during onboarding. Covest does not charge operators a platform access fee.
