- The Draft: Every September, we hold a digital "Season Selection Draft."
- The Algorithm: We use a rotating "Snake Draft" order. Over a 5-year cycle, every owner gets statistically equal access.
The "Stay-or-Rent" Toggle
Regardless of the model you choose, life happens. This is where the Covest Rental Pool activates.
We enforce a 90-Day Declaration Rule:
- Declare: 90 days before your scheduled week, you must toggle "Stay" or "Rent".
- Monetize: If you toggle "Rent," your week is seamlessly handed off to our ISO-compliant property manager.
- Yield: The net income is credited directly to your account.
